One is a 2 year difference in the birth is Arpakshad. Given the datas, Arpakshad should have born on the Ark during the Flood, but the author dropped 2 years over that (or thi is just another result of merging two conflicting versions of the same story).
The other is when 1Kings gives the year passed since the day of the Exodus. As we remember, leaving Egypt took exactly 1 day. Then the people spend 1 years traveling, and 38 years doing nothing in the middle of the desert. No prblem there when it comes to dataing. Then they finaly enter the Promised Land, the good little immigrants. Sure, why not. And comes the era of the Judges. The periods here a bit wishy-washy, and we don't actualy know what period Joshua active, but we still can add tha number of years spent under alien ruling and reigns of judges. This number, adding the years given in the text for the Era of the Judges comes out 410 years. Drop on this 2 years for the reign of Saul, 40 (40 and a half? There is a contradiction David spending 7 or 7.5 years in Hebron, reigning as king), plus the 4 years of Solomon's reign until the Temple is built (fascinating is the suggestion it was built in just 1 mnth).
So 40 years of Wandering + 410 years of Judges + 2 years of Saul + 40 years of David + 4 years or Solomon = 496 years passed, which is in contradiction of the 480 years given in 1Kings.6.1.
EDIT: I've found a minimum-data for Joshua's conquest in Josh.14. Som guy brags about spying the Land at age 40, and right after Joshua's conquest being 85. Taking into accoundt 40 years of Wandering at maximum, means Joshua's conquest took at least 5 years, what shell be added to the contradiction, landing at 501+ years.
